M y baby girl is growing

She is 11 now she is growing before my eyes. I no I'm not ready for it but it's life she makes the ab honor every time since I let her go to regular school instead of private school. In private school she made straight A's. But either way I'm proud of all my kids they all make ab honor the last term I'm so proud of them all I have to take more photos of my boys they hate taking pictures wats up with that lol

New semester

so school out for spring break how crazy is it I have all our kids here yea. But I'm so tired still have to work I don't want to ugh hahaha but I gotta get this money. That's all I no but I want to spend time with the family to so I'm glad I have at least 4 days off every other day. So I can still have some time for me and the family hope everyone enjoy there spring breaks

I'm so tired I have been working since Saturday and its now Friday my day off and the job called me to try to get me to come in I didn't even pick up the phone for what reason. I love the job but I need a break from working. I need to go on vacation like yesterday I need a break to relax get drunk loll and lay back don't be bothered by anyone, not even my husband I just want to chill and have a good time alone for at least 3 hours no talking, no TV, just music and me.

Only thing in my mind getting my self right and getting right with God. Take care of my kids

Social networking

So I thought of a social network that I want to create but the thing is I don't have time to put into how I want to until I'm done with school. I was gonna start it before I signed up for school but I wanted to go to school and make something out of myself and have my kids proud of me. The network is very good don't want to say what it is someone might steal it but I'm on point with it. No one  has thought about it at least I think so I'm willing to put my all I to it once I'm done with school. Hope everyone will be ready to join once I'm done

two faced people

I for one hate people who claim to be your friend, or at least you think they are your friend and talk about you behind your back. I have a couple of good friends who is really down for me and I love them because if anything was said in front of them they handle the situation right then and then tell me about it. I don't like when if you have a friend and instead of them handling the situation they join in and try to stir up mess and drama. I always tend to be friends with a lot of guys then girls. for one there is less drama don't get me wrong men talk bout not as much as a female. men tend to really want to handing out have fun and talk about who they can get with. I have a close friend who if I ask can I borrow 300 dollars with know problems would say yes keep to himself wouldn't bother me or rush me to pay it back. then there is the female who you borrow 5 dollars and the whole world knows you owe her 5 dollars. its so amazing

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves
• 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
• 1 teaspoon chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
• Eight 3-ounce chicken cutlets
• 1 1/2 cups Simple Tomato Sauce, recipe follows, or purchased marinara sauce
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
• 16 teaspoons grated Parmesan
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces
• Simple Tomato Sauce:
• 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 stalk celery, chopped
• 1 carrot, chopped
• Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
• Two 32-ounce cans crushed tomatoes
• 4 to 6 fresh basil leaves
• 2 dried bay leaves
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, optional

Why keep crying or why keep trying, if a man puts you thru so much why stick around. I'm saying things happens for a reason. I have a friend and we talk a lot but the things we talk about I keep telling her if he hurts you so much have you crying all the time do she really thinks he loves her.

Just because people think that they have a nice shape have a pretty face or have a better career then most people doesn't mean a man will not cheat on you.

You can look like Beyonce or j low or even nicki minaj. He still will cheat ,  it's in there genes. I was told once a cheater always a cheater.

Men do what they want when they want. I'm tired of women saying that there man don't cheat. Ok so that means you be with him 24 7 cause even when a man temps to text the next female he is cheating some women don't know what cheating is. 

If a man calls another women that's cheating.  Making sure the next female sees him when he is out with his boys just to say hello he is cheating. Men has a sneaky way of cheating. That's why I personally don't put nothing  ok pass No man.

Lays contest

So I'm sitting here with the family creating chipflavor for lays and we created over 100 different flavors.

I'm flavored out now. Everyone is getting mad because I stopped doing them we started doing it as soon as the contest came out I'm tired now.

First thing I asked everyone what are you gonna do with your money everyone say the same thing buy clothes and shoes and what every else I said to them yall gonna be broke in 4 hours.

I told them I gonna buy me my dream home pay it off and a nice car pay it off the rest in the bank I'll buy clothes and shoes out of my work check.

All they could say is Goodnight mama I laughed went in my room toke a shower then prayed now I'm off to bed. What a family.

People claim that they understand love and what it means.  Really they don't I hear people say because he there or she take cater of me or because we fit for each other.

Baked ziti

Ingredients

1 pound dry ziti pasta1 onion, chopped1 pound lean ground beef2 (26 ounce) jars spaghetti sauce6 ounces provolone cheese, sliced1 1/2 cups sour cream6 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add ziti pasta, and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes; drain.In a large skillet, brown onion and ground beef over medium heat. Add spaghetti sauce, and simmer 15 minutes.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer as follows: 1/2 of the ziti, Provolone cheese, sour cream, 1/2 sauce mixture, remaining ziti, mozzarella cheese and remaining sauce mixture. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheeses are melted.

Thai Coconut Curry Chicken is quick & easy to make owing to the simple substitution of lime or lemon juice for lemongrass, cutting the prep time in half. Don't be put off by the long ingredients list - this is simply because I perfer to make my own paste from scratch rather than using store-bought curry pastes, making for a fresher, superior-tasting curry. Based on Thai street coconut curries, this recipe includes potatoes, a common ingredient in street curries, but other vegetables can be added as well according to your preference (zucchini and green beans are two good ones).

Prep Time: 12 minutes

Cook Time: 40 minutes

Total Time: 52 minutes

Yield: SERVES 4-5

Ingredients:

• 2 lbs.(about 1 kg) chicken drumsticks or thighs
• 1 can good-quality coconut milk
• 1/2 cup good-tasting chicken stock
• 2 medium potatoes, chopped into small chunks
• 1/2 tsp. whole cumin seed
• 2 kaffir lime leaves OR 2 bay leaves
• 2 medium tomatoes, chopped small chunks
• 2-3 Tbsp. dry shredded coconut, sweetened or unsweetened
• handful fresh basil
• 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
• CURRY PASTE:
• 1/3 cup chopped onion
• 4-5 cloves garlic
• 1 thumb-size piece galangal OR ginger
• 3/4 tsp. ground turmeric (or 1 tsp. fresh, minced)
• 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
• 1 tsp. ground cumin
• 1-2 fresh red chilies, minced, OR 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. dried crushed chili from the spice aisle
• 1/8 tsp. white or black pepper
• 3 Tbsp. fresh-squeezed lime juice (or lemon juice)
• 3 Tbsp. fish sauce
• 2 Tbsp. ketchup
• 1 heaping Tbsp. brown sugar
• 3/4 tsp. shrimp paste

Preparation:

1. Place all 'curry paste' ingredients in your food processor or blender. Add 3-4 Tbsp. of the coconut milk to help blend ingredients and blitz to create a fragrant Thai curry paste.
2. Heat a wok or deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Drizzle in the oil and swirl around, then add the curry paste. Stir-fry 1 minute to release the fragrance, then add the chicken pieces. Turn pieces to coat, then add the stock and remaining coconut milk. Also add the potatoes, lime leaves or bay leaves and whole cumin seed. Stir and bring to a gentle boil.
3. Cover and reduce heat to medium-low, gently simmering 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
4. Add the tomatoes and stir, then continue cooking another 15 minutes, or until chicken has achieved desired tenderness.
5. While curry is cooking, prepare the topping. Place shredded coconut in a dry frying pan over medium-high heat. Stir until coconut turns light golden brown. Transfer to a bowl and set aside to cool.
6. When chicken and potatoes are tender, remove from heat. Add 3/4 of the toasted coconut and stir in. Taste-test the curry, adding more fish sauce for more salt/flavor. If you find it too salty or sweet, add more lime or lemon juice. Add more chili for more intense spiciness.
7. Portion out curry into bowls or plates. Top each one with fresh basil and a generous sprinkling of the toasted coconut. Serve with plenty of steamed jasmine rice on the side

The end of the day

What counts is the end of the day.  If you don't love your self first.  No one will love you I learned the hard way and some times I think I'm still in the same boat.

What I mean is I do for other people never put my self first always what they want and need never do anything for me.  It's always I and I need this it's never what I need.

Never heard or hear people ask me how my day going or how I'm feeling.  It's like I dont have hard days or I don't feel bad.  Just need to start living myself first and worry about me first then think about others.

Family

I'm sitting here with my family we are talking. I'm realize Dang my kids and everyone else getting older. . My kids will be if God's will 14,11,and 9.

We have all 4 generations here my grandma, my mom, me, then my daughter.  I'm so blessed to have all both of my grandma's alive Thank God.

But the only different thing is my dad mom treats me and my bothers like we The Black Sheep in the family but no matter what I still love her to.  I pray and thank God for everything I'm blessed with. Time for bed now go to work at 7 am good night gb.

  Challenges. Change. Growth. Things and stuff. No matter what we label it–this happens, to each of us. Regardless. Life is a constant process of change and growth to produce more fruit in our lives (love (giving), joy (gladness), peace (free from worry and fear), long suffering (patience), gentleness (kindness), goodness (generosity), faith (dependability), meekness (gentleness) and temperance (self-control).  

 The goal is to walk through without complaining. Just so you know, I am in my double digits retest! I got to sing the going around the mountain one more time.  I realized after singing yesterday that negativity breeds complaining. We must keep the faith! God is always in charge. Whatever season we are walking through, things and stuff is temporary! There is always a scripture, to speak to things and stuff, to help us grow spiritually. 
This too shall pass, just not today. Of all the spiritual fruit, long-suffering and self control gets tested the most. Think of it as a wilderness experience without luxuries. The key–not to beat yourself up when we stumble. Sometimes, it is, what it is!   Roll with it and let it go!
None of it changes this truth–God is always with us. We have his mercy and grace. He loves us unconditionally. Praise The Lord

Ughhhh what a day

OMG I can't take no more of the class. If your in college English so you suppose to be going over a play or doing a play hmmmm I'm so over this class. She had us doing two plays out loud. Then try to write a play for homework. Plus do 3 or 4 exercises and do to essays. I hate how she gives us alot of work like we don't have a life I have 2 jobs a full time mom and a party time job. Plus I have other classes with tones of homework in those classes to I so over this clad I wish I can drop this class but it's too late Dang.

so my wedding is suppose to be on October 25,2014. Why I say suppose is because who In there right mind going to allow there husband ex wife and family attend there wedding. I mean I don't mind cause ill show how its suppose to be done.

He don't remember there wedding at all know pictures know reception not even a honeymoon. So of course I want to go all out but why should her family want to attend my wedding hmmmmm. something sounds kind of fishy to me.

Im I wrong for feeling the way I feel about that I think I have the right to feel like they shouldn't be there if so ill put them by the bathroom laughing out loud...If I say they cant come and he gets upset then maybe they should get remarried right....

People

I don't understand why some females get mad because people talk bad about there behavior with men. If a women at least a real woman act like a real woman she wouldn't care what people say.

But if a woman going around her whole school or job or anywhere for that matter and sleep with Tom,Nick,and Dennis. What would you expect other people to say about you.

If you carry your self like your nothing than that's what you are. I have NO RESPECT for a female who does that in any shape or form.  I dont hang around them either because I'm sure they next person feels like your apart of what your friend is doing to and that might not even be the case.

So I stay far away from a female like that. I think they should Do them yourselves a favor and get Neutered. .. Seriously.

Class

We come to class to learn something and be treated like adults. I hate a class where the teacher plays cartoon videos the has an attitude because she hates teaching.

If she didn't want to come to work she should of stayed home. I dont understand why they give people jobs who don't wanna work or come in the class mad.

She got smart 3 times with students to day and me Beenin me I would of went off or got up and left her class. I just wish she was more professional. Then what she was today. 

Life

Life is what you make it I had a friend til I applied school. I had a friend before I got kids. I had a friend before I moved. I had a friend till I got a man. She was there when I had a guy that was cheating on me she was there.

She was there when I was crying and in pain no man by my side in drama with him and his girlfriend's. Never caught a disease but she was there. She was there when I useto play games call his cell acting like another chick shewas there.

She was there when he made 2 kid's in between my two kids. She was there. Now I'm doing good found me an okay man. Got me a house taking good care of my kids and in school. Going to church and loving my life she's not here. ... What a friend.

Love or nothing at all

How can a man say he loves you but don't trust you. That's not love that's what I call a man who's been cheating and has issues, now he thinks your doing what he had done. If a man can't trust you then what's the point of Being together. 

A woman want's a man who's is faithful, honest great communication skills put her first and treats her as if she is the only one in the world.

Men are very sneaky every"female there cousin"we as women can't do anything but pray about it and let him go. I for one hate a dishonest man.

I wouldn't care if he paid all my bills is not worth my life ,the heartache or the pain. Life is to short and we are not getting know younger we are getting older.

My first post on here...Now I have to go and tell the hubby so he want think I'm cheating on him....... men laughing out loud (lol). 2014 is in I'm almost done with school cant wait till graduation day. I'm having a good day today, wake up thank the lord prayed read my bible, brushed my teeth, washed my face, did my hair got dressed then called my baby's to see did they eat and was out the door for school. The 8 year old replied ugh my stomach I replied ugh to bad you will be going to school kisses goodbye laughing out loud.

My daughter is 10 she is 10 going on 20. I think my kids are the greatest. The reason why I say that is because for Christmas they didn't ask for much and I explained that if I didn't give them what they wanted will it be okay but make sure they put on there still what they wanted just in case.

The first thing they put was clothes and shoes no toys I asked are you sure they said yes. There dad still brought toys and gave them extra money but they still was grateful what they got even though I told them I wasn't going to get them what they wanted just to test them and they didn't get upset or mad that's why they are the greatest they are not ungrateful children.

My 13 year old is in 8th grade now he is doing college classes at school now. I was so proud of my son I cried he is the most awesome child I know. All three of them are ab students. They come home do there work as soon as the get in from school eat a snack them read 30 minutes  then outside they go till 8pm I love my kids I wouldn't change them for the world
